The former Vice President of Legal Affairs for Texas’ statewide hospital association – and its almost 500 member hospitals and health systems – Cesar has helped resolve countless issues for healthcare providers ranging from large, multi-campus hospital systems to individual providers seeking advice or starting their own practice. Additionally, Cesar began his career as a litigator for a prominent South Texas law firm, which provides another layer of experience to draw from in helping you reach your goals and objectives.
